Dear Tender Years Families-
On April 22, 2023, from 10-12:30 Tender Years Cooperative Preschool is excited to host our annual Bike Rally! We hope you will join us for this special event to cheer on your students as they make a lap to raise money for our school! Students' Family/Friends will sponsor them for riding their bikes in our Rally. Our goal for each student is to raise $200. Here is a fun print out for your child to pass out. We would love your help to reach our goal to raise $5,000 in total for the event!
We will begin collecting pledges on March 27th; collection of pledges ends on April 21 at 6pm. As the students raise money, they will qualify for various levels of prizes. Prizes will be determined by the amount your child raises; children are able to choose lesser value prizes if desired, however will not be able to go above value indicated on the prize document. Please refer to the attached document of prizes for each level. Prizes are not cumulative. Prize will be presented the following week of school.
Updates of funds raised for each student will be posted on the school website. All students will have their own page and they will be updated each Friday by 8 pm leading up to the event beginning on March 31st.
Pledges can be made by cash, check (made out to Tender Years Cooperative Preschool), Venmo (@tycploveland), or online through our website, under the specific student’s page. Cash or check are preferred, as Tender Years pays processing fees for online or Venmo payments . To ensure Tender Years receives 100% of proceeds, please donate with cash or check. If you have online or Venmo donations, please still turn the form into your student’s teacher so we can document who gets credit for the pledge.
Please place your pledges in a sealed envelope along with the form below filled out entirely, with your child's name and place it in the treasury box at the end of every week, to ensure your child gets appropriate credit for the amount raised.
All family and friends are welcome to join us on the day of the event for games, food, silent auction, split the pot, and more! (Only currently enrolled students will be participating in the pledge bike rally portion of the event, however we will have 1 ride for alumni/public). We do have the option for general donation for anyone who wants to donate.
